Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer our products and services to you.

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications and other information on our website are accurate.

Images are illustrative and colours or appearance may vary slightly depending on your device and display settings.

Product packaging, ingredients, specifications and presentation may occasionally change. Any material change relevant to a product you have already ordered will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law.

All products are subject to availability.

3. ORDERS

When you place an order, you are offering to purchase the products in that order.

After you place an order, we will send you an electronic acknowledgement. This confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.

A contract between you and us is formed when we confirm that your order has been accepted.

We may decline an order before acceptance, for example because:

4. PRICES AND PAYMENT

The price you pay will be the price displayed when you place your order.

Prices displayed to consumers include any taxes that are required to be included in the displayed price.

Any delivery charges will be shown separately before you complete your order.

We take reasonable care to ensure that prices are accurate. If we discover an obvious pricing error before accepting your order, we may contact you to give you the option of purchasing the product at the correct price or cancelling the order.

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods offered at checkout.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Available delivery methods, charges and estimated delivery times are shown on our website and/or during checkout.

Delivery times are estimates unless we expressly agree a specific delivery date with you.

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, but this does not affect your statutory rights.

Our 30-day return policy is offered in addition to your statutory consumer rights.

Nothing in these Terms or our Return and Refund Policy limits your rights where goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise do not conform to the contract.

Unless otherwise stated, the content of this website, including the TrainRegen name, branding, logos, graphics, photographs, text, videos, designs and other materials, is owned by or licensed to TRAINREGEN LTD and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

TrainRegen is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with TrainRegen.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and TrainRegen, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services.

You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages and liabilities arising from or related to purchases and transactions with TrainRegen, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Because our store is hosted by Shopify, Shopify also processes certain personal information in connection with your use of our store.
